I have att service and i had a simple lg phone with a data and internet plan. Now i bought a used blackberry on ebay and i cant get the bbm to work or know how to create a user profile... how do i get this to work?

Answer by zbalatYou need to add BlackBerry Internet Service (data) to your plan to use BBM and several other apps.

Call AT&T to add BIS.
